What I Cooked in 2012

2012 recipe index (1)

While I’m reflecting on the past 12 months, I’d like to share with you all what I cooked in 2012. Over the past year, I’ve tried to keep a focus on healthy eating, but more importantly on highlighting the benefits of eating home-made dishes prepared with fresh ingredients.

2012 was a year of experimenting with food, learning and having fun in the kitchen. Most of the dishes I chose to make were fairly easy so be reassured you don’t need to be a Michelin chef to reproduce my recipes at home!  I hope you enjoyed, and please do let me know how you go if you decide to try some of my recipes!
