While I'm looking back on 2012 I realised I've published many international recipes last year (especially French ones - of course!), while trying to keep a focus on healthy eating, and more importantly on the benefits of eating home-made dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. Most of the dishes I chose to make were fairly easy so be reassured you won't need to be a Michelin chef to reproduce one of my recipes!
Just in case you have miss any, here is an index of what's been cooking on the blog last year!
