Summer Healthy Treats: Banana Mango Popsicles

Feeling a little hot? Cool down guilt free with these tasty ice pops! They are 100% natural, contain no added sugar nor fat and take only 5 minutes to make! Definitely my kind of recipe!


  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 1 cup of water (you can use milk or yoghurt for a creamier texture)


1. Blend ingredients together. Add more water to thin out the juice, if required.
2. Pour mix in popsicle molds. Allow time to freeze (about 6 hours).
3. Remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
