I do not drink coffee nor energy drinks (these things are full of artificial stuff, yuk!) and some mornings at work can be very painful, especially when the week start with an important 8:30 am meeting! - Yes, you know what I mean!
This was me TODAY. I've been sleepy (and grumpy) the whole day (usually it happens on Monday), for no particular reasons I can think of except a lack of sleep!
This was me TODAY. I've been sleepy (and grumpy) the whole day (usually it happens on Monday), for no particular reasons I can think of except a lack of sleep!
Anyway, I was recently offered the opportunity to review a new vitamin supplement and while I prefer to get all my vitamins and minerals from a balanced and healthy diet, some days like most people, I do need a little bit of extra help!
What is Hairy Lemon? What's in it?
Hairy Lemon is an effervescent tablet that helps you optimise your energy levels. Hairy Lemon is specially formulated with:
- Guarana to stimulate brain function and help maintain stamina and physical endurance
- Siberian Ginseng, a herbal supplement used to improve overall energy and vitality, particularly during times of mental or physical fatigue and stress
- Biotin (Vitamin H), aids in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins for energy and is beneficial in the utilisation of the B-complex vitamins
- Vitamin C to promote healthy teeth and gums, help iron absorption and boost the immune system
What does it do?
Hairy Lemon helps increase mental alertness and may aid in the relief of stress and nervous tension. It WAKES YOU UP!!!
Mademoiselle Slimalicious' verdict
♥ Contains no artificial colouring
♥ Ideal formulation for people who feel tired due to a busy lifestyle
♥ Great for recovery after late nights (spent blogging!)
Note: Vitamins are organic compounds that our bodies use, in very small amounts, for a variety of metabolic processes. It is best to get vitamins and minerals from eating a variety of healthy unprocessed foods. Vitamin supplement may benefit a person whose diet is ‘less than perfect’. However, taking vitamin and mineral supplements instead of eating a nutritious diet is not recommended.

ReplyDelete4 hours and if I'm really lucky I get 6. These hours are not uninterrupted.
ReplyDeleteUsually around seven to eight hours. sarahfmac@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteLets see, I normally get about 2 hrs (then a wake up call from bubs), followed by another 2 hours (then a repeat wake up call as above), then 3 hours (when hubby gets up for work), then another 45 mins before we get up to get ready for the school run...so looks like about 7hrs 45mins, which actually sounds better than it feels like in the mornings!

I sleep quite a lot, but it's related to some health issues :) I try to get about 10 hours, but it can range from 8-11 depending on how I'm feeling.

I get up at 4.30am and give my son a bottle and dummy. I get up at 5am as my daughter calls out from her room and wants to come into bed, where she tosses and turns until 6.30am. When we all get up.
