ReplyDeleteI found about your blog via Skechers and now this is one blog to add to my favs! The French diet makes a lot of sense and I can't ever recall seeing an overweight French women. I tend to over eat and there is such a thing as having your cake and eating it just not all of it!! :)
ReplyDeleteI would love to know the secret why French women don't get fat. I have an illness which makes me put on weight so hopefully I can win one of your books and pick up some useful hints.
ReplyDeleteIt was interesting to find out that breastfeeding isn't popular at all in France. I was living in Ireland for 7 years and harldy saw anyone breastfeed. I wonder if it is a European trend.
