Weekly Scale check #2: 0.2kg lost


I've lost another 200g this week, not much - but it's OK because: Effective weight loss means a reduction in body fat stores and unfortunately burning large amounts of fat is a slow process. It is important to realize that the more quickly weight is lost, the more likely the loss is coming from water and muscle, not fat.

  1. I don't think you need to lose weight, you look great. But that said you can definitely tell the difference with these pix. Good for you :-)
    I have a weight loss blog as well .... It's a private one just between me and my trainer but it's very good for keeping track and keeping yourself honest.
